YPSA is implementing a project titled SHIKHA: Creating public and private spaces free from gender-based violence, bullying and sexual harassment through strengthening prevention and response mechanisms in Chattogram district in partnership with BRAC. YPSA is inviting application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position for the Project.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop MEAL (including QB & FRM) Plan, monitoring tools, formats, and performance indicators/checklists for qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Develop the monitoring tools and monitor overall project implementation and propose adaptations needed to achieve objectives and improve integration of approaches.
- Collect Field level different data through using monitoring tools and analyse it for quick reporting
- Ensure high quality of data through accurate data collection, data entry, and basic analysis of information
- Responsible for frequent field visit and track the implementation of the project activities as per M & E plan
- Conduct participatory monitoring activities with beneficiaries to get information and feedback on the quality and relevance of assistance.
- Prepare monitoring report and share findings with Project Manager and team members
- Ensure that the project staff are recording and capturing feedback data promptly and are using the collection tools appropriately.
- Support to develop SBCC materials for sessions with students (Age specific materials)
- Follow up visits in universities for assessment of training effectiveness and outcome
- Support the project staff and disseminate monitoring and evaluation understanding among the project team.
- Responsible for any assessment, analysis, FGD, KII under the project
- Responsible for preparing periodic narrative formative reports, sectoral reports. Coordinating to conduct baseline, mid-term & evaluation studies;
- Develop accountability/MEAL visibility Materials
- Assist Project Manager to prepare project plan based on monitoring findings and lesson learned
- Document the lessons learned, best practice and disseminate to concerned stakeholders
- Maintain gender-sensitive approach in all stages and maintain safeguarding measures
- Monitor and follow up Project activities in the targeted areas.
- Any other task assigned by the Management
Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in any subject
- At least 04 years working experience in NGO particularly in MEAL
- Strong understanding and experiences on MEAL
- Experience with or interest in mobile data collection (Kobo, QB & FRM)
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Word abilities.
- Experienced in data management software will be highly appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive and professional attitude, ability to lead and work well in a team setting and with multiple partners.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports case stories in English and Bangla
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Monthly consolidated Salary: BDT. 42,610/-
