Young Power in Social Action (YPSA), an organization in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN-ECOSOC), is a voluntary non-profit organization for sustainable development registered with the different departments of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh including NGO Affairs Bureau contributing to national goals for making a difference in the lives of the population since its establishment in 1985.
YPSA is inviting qualified vendors to submit their proposals for the provision of Microsoft 365 licenses and genuine windows operating systems. We are seeking competitive pricing and comprehensive offers that meet our organization’s requirements.
Scope of Work:
The tender is for the supply of the following software products:
Microsoft 365 Licenses:
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard (Nonprofit Staff Pricing). A minimum of 100 Microsoft 365 Licenses software will be purchased.
Operating Systems:
- Windows 11 Pro (Nonprofit Staff Pricing). A minimum of 50 Operating Systems will be purchased.
Vendor Qualifications:
- Must be an authorized Microsoft partner or reseller in Bangladesh.
- Proven track record in supplying and supporting Microsoft products.
- Ability to provide technical support and maintenance for the products offered.
Proposal Submission:
- Detailed pricing for each product listed.
- Volume discount options if applicable.
- Delivery timeline and terms.
- Licensing terms and conditions.
- Description of after-sales support and service levels.
- Company’s legal documents
- Previous track record
Compliance:
- Compliance with all relevant licensing agreements and regulations.
- Ability to meet the organization’s technical and security requirements.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- YPSA reserves the right to cancel the procurement tender in any time.
- YPSA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without prior notice.
- All costs incurred by the vendors in preparing and submitting their proposals shall be borne by the vendors.
- YPSA is not bound to accept the lowest bid and may consider factors other than price.
Proposal Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Pricing and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance with technical specifications and requirements.
- Vendor’s experience and qualifications.
- Quality of after-sales support and service.
- Delivery timeline.
Submission Guidelines:
- All proposals must be submitted in electronic format to <procurement@ypsa.org> by 12 August 2024.
- Proposals should be clearly marked with the tender reference number and the vendor’s contact information.
- Late submissions will not be considered.
