NGOs should depend on local resources : Md. Arifur Rahman, YPSA

Md. Arifur Rahman, Chief Executive at YPSA delivered the general expectations in a press conference on 30th November, from the declaration BDCSOProcess annual conference 2020. There should be a balance relation with government/public, private, and civil society / non-profit sectors. NGO/CSOs should emphasize on human rights and civic rights. COVID 19 teaches us, that we have to be depended upon own local resources rather than foreign aid, in expenditure, we must differentiate what is LUXURY and what is NECESSITY. Our government must in driving seat in all development and humanitarian projects while local organizations should lead in the local level.
