There should be a balance relation with government/public, private, and civil society / non-profit sectors. NGO/CSOs should emphasize on human rights and civic rights. COVID 19 teaches us, that we have to be depended upon own local resources rather than foreign aid, in expenditure, we must differentiate what is LUXURY and what is NECESSITY. Our government must in driving seat in all development and humanitarian projects while local organizations should lead in the local level.
