▪ To measure the impact of project interventions
▪ To identify the achievements considering expected result with effectiveness
and efficiency
▪ To know how the results contributed for achieving both specific and overall
objectives of the project
▪ To document good practices, outcome, story of changes that represent the
overall scenario of the project interventions
