1000 flood affected families of Chakmarkul and South Mitachary Union at Ramu in Cox’s bazar got humanitarian relief response from YPSA during 01 – 03 August 2015 under the project of Emergency Response for South East Flood 2015 supported by OXFAM. Each flood affected family received a package which includes cash 2000 tk, one Aluminum jar, one plastics jar, two soaps and 10 Orsaline packets.
Md, Mofidul Alam, Chairman, Chakmarkul union inaugurated the relief aid distribution at Chakmarkul Union Parishad. In this distribution program, Md. Arifur Rahman, Chief Executive of YPSA, Md. Mahabububr Rahman, Director – Social Development Program of YPSA, Palash Chowdhury, Finance Director, S.M. Juglul Razib, Disaster Focal, Muntashir Hossain from Oxfam and other YPSA staffs of the project were present.
Md. Saiful Alam, Chairman of South Mitachary union inaugurate the relief distribution on 03 august 2015 at Umkhaly Bazar. Three distribution points were Chakmarkul Union Parished, South Mithachary and YPSA-CYC office. In this distribution program YPSA, Md. Mahabububr Rahman, Director-Social Development Program of YPSA, S.M. Juglul Razib and Muntashir Hossain from Oxfam, Sirajuddin Belal, Syed Ashrafullah Ripon, Md, Khurshed Alam, Md Harun, Bebek kanti Das and other responsible person of the project were present.
