YPSA Human Resource department has organized a refreshers orientation for YPSA’s support staffs on 5th July’ 13 at YPSA HRDC, Chittagong. A total of 23 support staffs participated in the orientation. Mr. Md. Arifur Rahman, Chief Executive of YPSA has inaugurated the orientation. He distributed certificates among the staffs who have been working with YPSA for last 5 to 10 years.
What YPSA is, why YPSA works for, YPSA’s participants, working areas, mission, vision, YPSA’s policy, duties and expected behavior of participants, communication, gender sensitivity and office security were discussed in the orientation. Mr. Mahbubur Rahman, Director (Social Development Program) was present in the closing session and delivered closing speech. The orientation was facilitated by Ms. Nasim Banu Shyamali, Mr. Gazi Md. Mainuddin and Mr. Mohammed Shahidull Islam.
