YPSA representative Mohammad Shahjahan, Deputy Director (Head)-KM4D department, participated in the COP24 of UNFCCC as an observer organization to the sessions of the Convention, which is held from December 2 to December 14 2018 in Katowice, Poland. During the time from December 9 to 14, he has participated different side events and plenary sessions including the special session of United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.
