Sewing machine distribution among the small-scale female entrepreneurs

YPSA distributed sewing machine among the small-scale female entrepreneurs at Banskhali, Chittagong ensuring women’s full participation in mainstream economic activities. Mr. Shabbir Iqbal, Upazila Nirbahi Officer inaugurated the distribution program. 7 women entrepreneurs received sewing machines and they will also receive training for 3 months with the support of BNF and YPSA. 

“We should work with our women entrepreneurs to improve their lives by providing business skills and resource that ensure economic independence. We should turn our program into job creators and empower them to invest in themselves, their families and communities while also saving for the future” said chief guest in the program.
