BLAST-YPSA consortium arranged a two-day orientation workshop on basic legal aid for the project staffs of Community Legal Services for Access to Justice. The workshop agenda includes Muslim Family Law, Suppression of Violence against Women and Children Act (Nari o shishu Nirjaton Daman Ain), Dowry Prohibition Act, Domestic Violence (Prevention and Protection) Act, Pita Matar Voron Poshon Ain (Maintenance of Parents Act) and human trafficking.
The workshop was held at YPSA Conference Room, Chittagong during 7-8 September’15 which was inaugurated by Md. Mahabubur Rahman Director (Social Development) & focal person of YPSA CLS Project.
Ms. Hasian Ferdows Program Coordinator of BLAST-YPSA CLS project, Md. Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury, Program Coordinator of BLAST and Ms. Farzana Ferdous, Program Officer (Training) BLAST-YPSA CLS project facilitated the workshop.
