“Ensuring accountable participation in all levels will ensure rights of marginalized communities and development projects can easily be implemented.  Development organizations should come forward for the advancement of hill district Khagrachari.” Said Kongjary Chowdhury, Chairman of Khagrachari Hill District Council while he was present as chief guest in a launching ceremony of “Creating an Enabling Environment for Young People to Claim and access to their Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights in Bangladesh” project organized by YPSA on 30 November 2015 at KHDC conference room, Khagrachari.
