YPSA distributed 200 warm blankets and Elderly People Allowance to 150 elderly people at Sandwip Powrashva and Musapur Union of Sandwip Upazila with the support of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). On 31 January 2019, 100 warm blankets and Elderly People Allowance have been distributed to 75 elderly at Musapur Union. Md. Nurul Huda, UNO of Sandwip was present as a chief Guest and Md. Manzur Murshed Chowdhury, Director (Economic Development) was present as a Special guest. Md. Abdul Khair, Chairman of Musapur Union has presided over the program.
Moreover, on 30 January same amount of blankets and Elderly People Allowance have been distributed at Sandwip Powrashava. Md. Zafaullah Titu, Mayor of Sandwip Powrashava was present as a chief Guest. Md. Sahadat Billah Khan, Panel Mayor of Sandwip Powrashava has presided over the program. Counselors, UP members and community people were present in both distribution programs.
