Campaign for Good Governance (SUPRO), Chittagong district observed International Literacy Day 2009 on September 8. SUPRO Chittagong committee organized a colorful rally and human chain in Chittagong. More than hundred people participated in this event. To achieve 100% literacy rate by 2015, government should take proper planning and allocate budget for ensuring literacy, people demanded.
