Women face violence in Bangladesh only because they are born as women, that is, because of their gender identity. Women are getting deprived of their basic fundamental rights everywhere due to violence and deprivation for food, health, education, security, physical and mental health, in politics and even at their workplace. So, from birth to death a woman faces violence in different age, in different places and in different relationships.
