The American Center’s team visited YPSA

Honorable Cultural Affairs Officer, Mr. Garrett E. Wilkerson, of The American Center, which is a part of the Embassy of the United States of America, visited YPSA head office today, 26th July 2010. Mr. Garrett was along with Ms. Sabreen S. Rahman, Program Development Advisor of the American Center. They had a sharing meeting with YPSA senior management. The acting Chief Executive of YPSA Mr. Mahabubur Rahman and the Director (Finance) Mr. Palash Chowdhury joined the meeting where Mr. Muhammed Ali Shahin, Policy Research and Advocacy Officer, has moderated the meeting. Mr. Garrett expressed his gratitude for telling them about YPSA and also aprreciated YPSA’s diverse activities on the different issues. Ms. Sabreen also thanked YPSA for welcoming them and greeted YPSA for contributing to development of the country.  Later YPSA took Mr. Garrett and Ms. Sabreen to a  rehabilitation center of YPSA for the street based Sex workers which is called Modhumita.
