A Team of 39th Batch of Basic Training Courses of Department of Social Services Officers visited YPSA on 05 May 2017. The team includes about 40 officials from Department of Social Services. They attended a sharing meeting at YPSA Conference room. In the opening session, a multimedia presentation was presented by Md. Arifur Rahman, Chief Executive of YPSA and Abdus Sabur, Youth Focal, YPSA.
YPSA’s organizational background, genesis, timeline, organization policy, ongoing projects, networks and majors national and international recognition were presented in this session. After the presentation, a question and answer session was held. This session was interactive and the Social Services Officers made different questions regarding the volume of human resources in YPSA and the engagement of person with disabilities, organizational management policies and future plans.
In the end, Ms. Bandana Das, Deputy Director, Department of Social Services, Chittagong thanked to YPSA for organizing this sharing session. She also said “YPSA is now a model organization of Social Services in Chittagong and believe that it will become an eminent organization in entire Bangladesh”.
