YPSA-A4I youth group members arranged a bi-cycle rally to mark the International Volunteer Day – 2020 with the theme “Together We Can Through Volunteering” on 5 December in Chatttogram. During COVID-19 pandemic situation, YPSA A4I volunteers played a significant, positive and praiseworthy role to ensure humanitarian support for marginalised and excluded community people.
Cycle rally represents to maintain safe and environment friendly vehicle in this pandemic situation as well as raise awareness in the society to battle with COVID-19 by working together through volunteering.
YPSA A4I project is supported by Actionaid Bangladesh.
International Volunteer Day (IVD) on 5 December was designated by the United Nations in 1985 as an international observance day to celebrate the power and potential of volunteerism.
