We are pleased to announce that Mr. Md. Abdus Sabur, Assistant Director of YPSA, has been awarded a prestigious PhD scholarship by DANIDA.
His doctoral research will be jointly supervised by the University of Southern Denmark and Aalborg University, Denmark, in partnership with the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) at BRAC University and the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.
His research is titled: “Circular Economy Pathways for Plastic Waste: Enhancing Productivity through Integration of Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Perspectives.”
We believe this research will generate vital knowledge and practical insights that contribute significantly to national goals, YPSA’s organizational mission, and our ongoing work in plastic circularity, environmental sustainability, and occupational health and safety (OHS).
To ensure the success of this academic endeavor, Mr. Sabur will be prioritizing his research commitments. However, he will continue to provide strategic technical and knowledge support to YPSA’s relevant projects as his schedule permits.
