Vashkar Bhattacharjee, YPSA official joint the workshop in Meherpur to finalize the draft Law for the Persons with Disabilities during 19-20 February.
The NFOWD and Parliamentarians’ Caucus on Disability joinly organized the two-day workshop. Part of the execution procedure of the election manifesto of present government, the law making process is continuing in accordance with UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In this regard, the NFOWD together with the organizations those are working with and for the persons with disabilities nation wide have been organizing meeting and seminars for finalizing the draft law.
