Preventing HIV/AIDS among the garments workers in Chittagong through Life Skill Education is the key component of YPSA GFATM 912 Consortium.
A policy level team of government officials from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services, National AIDS/STD Program and representatives of Save the Children USA visited Garments factory of Well Group on August 30. Visiting team formally launch the “Take Home Communication Materials” distribution through handing over to the Garment workers. They also shared the opinion with the BGMEA Directors and Garment owners about the on going LSE program and future strategy to sustain the work place intervention on HIV/AIDS.
