YPSA, Rangamati Jella Parishad and Rangamati District Administration jointly observed 12 years of Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) peace accord on 2 December at Rangamti. Rally and discussion meeting were arranged in this regard. State minister for CHT affairs Dipankar Talukder inaugurated the rally.
