YPSA Human Resource Management and Development (HRM&D) Department organized a two-day orientation program during 14-15 December 2013 at HRDC, Chittagong. Recently recruited staffs of YPSA attended the orientation program. Chief Executive of YPSA Mr. Md. Arifur Rahman inaugurated the orientation program.
Organization’s mission, vision, background, core values, development program interventions, target population etc. were discussed along with other issues in the program.
Mr. Md. Mahabubur Rahman, Mr. Palash Chowdhury, Mrs. Nasim Banu, Ms. Roksana Begum, Mr. Mohammad Ali Shahin, Mr. Subir Das, facilitated the session. Mr. Md. Mahabubur Rahman, Director Social Development Program and Mr. Palash Chowdhury, Director Finance was present & delivered speech in the closing session.
