YPSA, under Promoting Safe Water and Sanitation program , distributed garbage trolley and safety equipment for the collection of waste, at the Takterpool slum of east Bakalia, 18 no. ward of Chittagong City Corporation. To promote and maintain proper and safe waste management, the equipment handed over to the Management committees of the community on 13th September.
Councilor of 18 no ward, Alhaj Md.Harun-ur- Rashid inaugurated the distribution program. Md. Mahabubur Rahman, Director (Social Development) of YPSA was present and delivered welcome speech.
