An exchange meeting was held between Mr. S.M. Jamal Ahmed, Deputy Director (Audit & Inspection) of the NGO Affairs Bureau, and the officials of YPSA at the YPSA Head Office conference room on December 18, 2025.
During the meeting, Dr. Md. Arifur Rahman, Founder and Chief Executive of YPSA, stated that as a complementary partner organization to the government, YPSA integrates and coordinates with national plans to undertake and actively implement various development activities.
The Deputy Director remarked that the Bureau has finalized the process of fully digitizing its administrative activities to make them more simplified and contemporary. Based on feedback from NGOs, various approval and monitoring processes are being streamlined. By providing total cooperation and coordination to partner organizations, the NGO Bureau is striving to bring greater dynamism, transparency, and accountability to foreign aid activities in Bangladesh.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Jamal Ahmed, Professor of the English Department at Dhaka Mohammadpur University College; Palash Chowdhury, Director (Finance) of YPSA; Manzur Mourshed Chowdhury, Director (Economic Development); Mohammad Shahjahan, Director (KM4D); and other senior officials.
