YPSA observed White Cane Safety day 09 in Chittagong on 15 October. Social Welfare department of Chittagong and different development organizations jointly organized colorful rally and discussion meeting. Ms. Farida Rosy, Deputy Director of Social Welfare Chittagong, inaugurated the rally and was present in the discussion meeting as the chief guest. Assistance directors of social welfare, Mr. Abdussamad, headmaster of Chittagong blind school, Vashkar Bhattacharya, program officer, Ahsanullah Serkar, Advocacy officer on of YPSA were present among others.
