“Transparency and distribution of Khash land (government owned land) among the landless people without any kind of influence should be ensured. Livelihood and other basic needs and rights have to be ensured in this rehabilitation process for the betterment of the climate displaced people here in Laxmipur.” Speakers said in a advocacy meeting jointly organized by YPSA and Gender & Environment Management Society (GEMS) at Nondon Community Center, Laksmipur on 5th Decmber’12 with the support of Displacement Solutions.
