Building bridge through Leadership Training is a program of BYLC (Bangladesh Youth Leadership Centre) Organized in partnership with YPSA. The opening ceremony was held at Chittagong Jila Parishad on 18 July. The training is designed for 30 days long and it will be closed on 16 August 08.

The Goal of the program is to train young people and equip them with necessary communication and leadership skills to raise their awareness and prepare them to bring positive change in society.

“There is a lack of youth development programs in Bangladesh and this is a gap we are trying to fill. Leadership is the instruments of change, but we often fail to realize that the potential to fulfill this role lies in the youth of today. Hence, we must invest in our youth, instill in them the confidence to lead change, encourage them to think creatively, and show them that we believe in their ability to be competent leaders for the present and future” said Md. Ejaj Ahmed, Founder, BYLC at the opening ceremony
Building bridge through Leadership Training will develop the participant’s skill in Public speaking, Decision making, Teamwork, Understanding small group dynamics, Goal setting and achieving , Self assessment, Community service and Real world problem solving.

Students of different Colleges and Madrashas in Chittagong were selected as Participants of the training.
