Chittagong based Non Government Organizations and Chittagong District Administration jointly published a booklet titled “Unnayan Thikana” was launched at Chittagong District Administration Office on 16 February.
Contents of the booklet are Information regarding different voluntary organizations that are working on various development issues besides the government initiatives like raising awareness among the people against domestic violence, Anti corruption, empowering woman, climate change, poverty alleviation, child rights, birth registration, education and many more.
Farid Uddin Ahmed, District Commissioner, Chittagong presided the launching ceremony. Mr. Ehsan Elahi and Mr. Mohammad Zaker Hossain, Additional District Commissioner, Chittagong, Shahidul Islam, YPSA Official spoke at the program.
