The honorable Desk Officer, Mr. Ben Barry, Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs, U.S. Department of State and Mr. Asif Ayub, Economic and Commercial Specialist, American Embassy, Dhaka visited YPSA on 6th December’12. Mr. Md. Mahabubur Rahaman, Director (SDP), Mr. Palash Chowdhury, Director (F), with other senior team members like Mr. Mohammed Ali Shahin, Ms. Khaleda Begum, Mr. Vashkar Bhattachariya, Dr. Bishwarup Deb , Ms. Roksana Begum attended the meeting. Mr. Shahin gave a presentation about YPSA’s activities and Shipbreaking Campaign. Mr. Barry was very pleased and impressed to know about YPSA and he appreciated YPSA a lot for its social development activities.
