YPSA organized a three-day Life Skill Training for the male trafficking survivors at Cox’sbazar Youth Training Centre from 19 -21 January 2015. A total of 23 trafficking survivors from different areas of Cox’sbazar, Chittagong and Feni districts have participated in the training workshop. Objectives of this training were to make trafficking survivors aware of preventing human trafficking through Life Skill Education. Topics of this training includes self-evaluation, causes of failure, successful and failure case studies, communication and its elements, future planning and problem solving process.
Program Manager Md. Sirajuddin Belal and Counselor cum Shelter Manager Mrs. Hosna Ara Rekha of YPSA conducted the training session.
After the training some participants expressed that if they could receive this training earlier then they would never be trafficking victims. They all would work against trafficking from then.
