YPSA’s Community Legal Service (CLS) project organized an orientation on Quality Mediation Services for project staffs on 31st January’16 at YPSA Head Office Meeting Room.
Nature, Dimensions and Causes of Conflict, Concept of Mediation, Legal Recognition of Mediation in Bangladesh, Different Steps of Mediation, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, and Gender Consideration in Mediation Session, Skills and Competencies of Mediators, Mediators Ethics Guideline etc. were discussed in orientation.
Chief Executive of YPSA, Director (SDP) and Focal Person of CLS project, Director (Finance) of YPSA and senior staff of YPSA CLS project were participated in this orientation program.
