YPSA has been implementing various humanitarian and social development activities in all the upazilas of Cox’s Bazar district since 2001. After 25 August 2017, nearly one million forcibly displaced Myanmar citizens (Rohingya) that have fled and took temporary shelter at various camps in Ukhiya and Teknaf Upazilas in Cox’s Bazar district of Bangladesh. YPSA has been implementing various humanitarian assistance programs for the forcibly displaced Myanmar citizens. YPSA has also been undertaken a number of initiatives for the socio-economic development of the locally-affected people and plans to keep it going.
In the participation of all the staff of YPSA, working in the Cox’s Bazar area, an Annual Staff Get-together was held at the Human Resource Development Center-HRDC (CYC), Ramu, Cox’s Bazar Campus, on February 8, 2020.
The event became a gathering of staff from all levels. All the participants expressed their optimism for organizing such event. This would contribute to the brotherhood, interpersonal relationships and interest in the work and further enhancement of work quality among the staff.
