YPSA observed National Disaster Preparedness Day under Proyash II project supported by Save the Children. To mark the day, Urban Community Volunteers (UCV) sprayed disinfectant to destroy dengue, chikungunya and culex mosquitos at the Ward-7 and ward-19 of Chattagram City Corporation, following a discussion meeting.
Along with respected councilors and UCVs other WDMC members were present at the event. In the discussion respected councilors guide UCVs and other WDMC members to take proper initiatives in prevention for Dengue and Chikungunya. In addition, they all agree to continue their work to control spread of coronavirus in their respected area.
