Sanzida Akhter lives in a village of Hnila Union of Teknaf Upazila under Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh. She becomes an entrepreneur by initiating a handicraft business of making various types of products made of jute yarn. Sanzida received training and financial support from YPSA YHCRCCAC project. YPSA provided training on handicrafts through local mentor-mentee method. Currently she herself trains others as a mentor.
YPSA has been implementing the project “Youth from Host Communities and Rohingya Camps in Cox’s Bazar as Agents of Change (YHCRCCAC)” with the technical support from Plan International Bangladesh and financial support from BMZ-Germany.
