Sitakund NGO Coordination Committee arranged an Iftar Mahfil and a reception ceremony at the Upazila Parishad auditorium on 22 May. Sitakund NGO Coordination Committee gave a reception to Md. Arifur Rahman, Chief Executive of YPSA for receiving a national award recently for the outstanding contributions to tobacco control activities.
Sitakunda Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mr. Milton Roy was present as the chief guest and Social Welfare officer Lutfun Nesa Begum, was present as special guest at that function. Chairman of Sitakund Press Club M. Secandar Hossain, General Secretary Soumitra Chakraborty and Director (Finance) of YPSA Palash Chowdhury were also present.
General Secretary of Sitakund NGO Coordination Committee and Chief Executive of MANISHA SM Azmal Hosen Hiru presided over the reception ceremony. Sanjay Chowdhury, Associate Atation Manager of Community Radio Sagorgiri moderated the function.
