The YPSA family extends its heartfelt congratulations to its Founder and Chief Executive, Mr. Md. Arifur Rahman, on the successful completion of his PhD degree.
He earned this degree from the School of Management at Techno India University (TIU). His PhD research focused on the topic: “Role of NGO’s in Achieving Financial Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities in Bangladesh: A Pathway to Sustainable Development.” His research was conducted under the supervision of Professor Dr. Gagan Pareek, Associate Dean of the School of Management at Techno India University. (TIU).
Dr. Md. Arifur Rahman is married to Dr. Shamsun Nahar Chowdhury Lopa, a development researcher and poet. They have two children: Afra Nawar Rahman, who is studying Environmental Science at the Asian University for Women, and Abrar Khalil Rahman, who is a ninth-grade student at International Hope School Chattogram.
Dr. Md.Arifur Rahman is an active member of various National and International social development organizations. He is involved in numerous academic and non-academic research initiatives, as well as the formulation and implementation of strategic plans. He also serves as the editor of the social development journal “Social Change.”
